twenty days without a single entry. quite amazing.
Its also quite amazing how I decide to make an entry when its the last thing I should be doing at the moment.
Tomorrow is my history exam and last day of school. That exam is going to be harder than anything we've had all year. Ehh, oh well.
Another incredible thing, on the last day of school.. I'll be riding the bus. ALL YEAR my grades have allowed me to drive to school but today because I lost my keys and kyle drove home with them. I get in trouble and have to ride the bus. what the hell?
And to end the entry, tonight is the viewing for Derek's grandma. Tomorrow night is the funeral. I'm sure it really sucks to have someone close to you die, I just wish I knew what to say in order to comfort people when things like this happen. I'm terrible at things like that because luckily, I've never had to deal with it. I hope things go well and their whole family returns to an emotionally stable state.
Now its back to slaving over the history review.

today was stupid. my dad woke me up and he had bought me a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit for Valentines Day. how.. tasty? I guess its the thought that counts.
Yesterday and today I covered the back of my closet door with random magazine cut-outs. it looks beautiful. I want to take a picture of it. it took a really long time though.. I think I listened to almost every good cd I own while conquering this task.
I went to the IWA barbeque/auction tonight. It was super-queer!... as expected. I mean, come on its Valentine's Day. who's gonna go to a school function when they can be with their significant other.. or be at a hoedown. the correct answer is: me (however if I had a significant other, things would be different) I went and I wish I hadn't. Now I'm here, alone.
hmm. I just texted Danielle. I hope she isn't too embarrassed by what I sent her.

I haven't updated in a few days so here's my life in text over the last few days:
+ we had exams this week. I think I did pretty good on all of them.
+ today I went to El Burrito and to Steve's house.
+ tonight I babysat from 6:15 - 12: 45

today was pointless. school was delayed 1 hour and then we got out at 12. I was at school a total of 3 hours and we did nothing the entire time. In History, a few of us decided to cause some mischief with the windows. We couldn't exactly get the screen to come out but that didn't prevent Kyle from being the dumbass he is and go outside only to throw a snowball up to the window where it would then go through the screen and hit me. That sonofabeast. Oh and then in English, Kyle preceded to break Mrs. Pittman's microwave. We tried everything to fix it but it's pretty much a goner. Of course it's not like it was the best microwave in the world. half the buttons didn't even work. so now all of the buttons don't work and the screen flashes 88:88 all the time. Kyle still needed to microwave his chicken enchilada so we had to go on a 'notsosecret mission' to find another microwave. We ended up in Mrs. Brown's room where we microwaved the food and had to get back to Mrs. Pittman's room before Mrs. Stuck got back. We went through the breezeway and Kyle had to stop and get a drink. There I had noticed a dollar bill just hanging out of the machine. I'm such a lucky bitch. I've gotten like $4 out of that machine this year. Kyle thought I should split it with him, but hell no he's stingy so I have a right to be. So we made it back to Mrs. Pittman's room no problem. That class ended and we had to go back to the loft for economics where I just sat and watched Dana text message her boyfriend on Jay's phone. Then it was 12:00 and I came home. My dad took me to Chick-fil-a for lunch and that was grand. Now I'm back home and am pretty bored.

today was dumb. school is never as thrilling as it could be. wait, wtf am I talking about? I just need to go to bed.
oh but I can't I have to call KYLE back and help him with the chemistry. I wish people would just help themselves every once in awhile. I'm tired of Kyle calling me for help on stuff that HE should be doing his self. That worthless scum even offered me $2.50 for a history test that he has to make up tomorrow. heh. first off, it would have taken alot more than $2.50.. #2: how low can a person get? kyle needs to take responsibility for his stupidity sometimes. I'm over this hour per night phone call where I help him do homework or study for a test. I'm just over it.
Um yeah, bryan informed me that someone arrived at a certain place after school a bit after I had left that same place. thank the lord I left.
well I need to go study chemistry and wear apply my whitestrips.
*note* we need to get our ring dance pictures back soon. I have the urgin' to call a certain person, I just have to have a good excuse to call him.

it has taken me two days to finally make this entry. I've started and never finished it a few times. hopefully this time I'll get it.
so yes.
monday I went to the movies with shari and her cousin, Cory. the movie paycheck wasn't the best but I do have to say that the plot idea was pretty clever. Afterwards we headed over to Best Buy. Best buy is usually a shithole to me and never has what I'm looking to buy. This time they surprised me and I walked out with three cds.
yesterday I went to coliseum mall (what a shithole of a mall) and returned a sweater I got for x-mas. I exchanged it for some sunglasses and I went along my way. I also went to wal-mart where I bought some beaded fringe and hot glued it to my lamp shade. Now its spiffy.
today has sucked. I cleaned my room, talked to danielle and bryan numerous times, and watched about 3 hours of the world poker tour. yeah, I was really bored and I still am.
1 hour and 10 minutes until '04.
I wonder if I should make a resolution..?
ah I'm not really caring at this point. If I were to make one I'd probably be to be more assertive or to save some $$$.

and I'm tired.
I had a good time though.
For those of you who don't know, I was on a cruise ship this past week. The ports of call kinda sucked, but the food was good. I ate way too much.
The shitty ports-o-call were St. Maartin, Tortola, & Half Moon Cay.
St. Maartin was ok, but Tortola and Half Moon Cay were a complete waste of time. Tortola had nothing. No beaches, no shopping. Half Moon Cay was a private island and it was a giant beach. Of course I was a stick in the mud and didn't go in the water or even lay out on the beach. I didn't even put on my swimsuit. So much for getting a tan...
It's ok, everyone should know by now that I utterly despise sand and saltwater. It's just ew.
The best part of the whole trip was going to Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach. That is a huge store, and way over priced. I bought a belt for $10. It seemed to be the best deal the store had. The second time I went in there was even better. Three O'neill team surfers were there signing posters and such. I got two posters signed (one I plan to give to Nick since I told them to sign it to him) and three free stickers. Even better, I entered to win an O'neill shopping spree. I didn't win that, but I won a consolation prize. I could choose between a shirt (large or XL) or an 'uber trendy' trucker hat. I went with the hat since I HATE shirts that are too ridiculously large to wear. So yeah, I didn't buy anything the second time and came out with about $25 worth of stuff.
Anyways...
Let's see, for Christmas (if you want to call it that):
I got $45 to Best Buy (from my aunt), and $40 cash(from my other aunt) and that's about it. Oh and a pair of jeans. I knew my parents would use my grandparent's christmas gift to us (the cruise) as an excuse not to get us anything. It's ok, I don't really care. The one thing I really wanted, I probably won't get.. or I'll have to buy myself.
Maybe I'll decide I don't want them at all. I probably don't need another pair of shoes anyways. =/
oh *side note*. Best buy gift cards suck. They never have any good music anymore. The only stuff they have is the crap they play on the radio or they only have the newest cd by some artists. Even worse, you can't use your gift cards online. I hate best buy.
well I can't think of much else to tell you.

So what else have I been doing?
hmm. I've been online most of the day. I found somemore shizz I want for x-mas. Macbeth "poe" shoes, hell yes.
Yesterday I went to see Gothika with Shari. It was quite good. I'm sad that KC and Bryan couldn't go, but its ok. Maybe next time?
Um.. Steve just called me. He wants me to go eat dinner with him. Let's see what my mom says.. YES.. I'm going.

k, so I'm back. Steve was deserted by his whole family, so he called me and we went to El burrito. I got the usual (chicken burrito) even though I had just eaten dinner with my family at home. We talked and such, and he finally admitted to me that he was going to quit alot of the bands he is in. (he he hehehee!) We talked about girls, Christmas, the shows he played this weekend, etc. It was fun. I don't usually get to go anywhere on Sundays so this was cool.
well I gotta go pack for my christmas cruise.. find shorts and such.. I'll update again soon.

so I went shopping today. it was nuts. it took me forever and a day to find a parking place at Hecht's. wait.. let me go in chronological order.
First I went to Wal-mart. it was a zoo. I used my gift card to buy Garnier Fructis shampoo, conditioner, and deep fortifying conditioner. I also bought a STICK of Axe Tsunami deodorant, it smells so damn good.. if I can't find a guy that wears it, I might as well. hmm oh yeah and I got the Silverstein cd. leave wal-mart.
Next stop: Target
Bought Casey a gift card with mom's check card.
Next Stop: Grandma's house.

it was a mad zoo. like I said, It took forever to get a parking spot. finally I parked and went inside. I bought a purse for ring dance and a bra.

For some reason, I have a terrible feeling about it but I guess I just have to see what happens.

It's ok.. I'm sitting here in my thursday jacket which I dearly love even though they made like 10000% profit off of it. ::eye roll:: I really hate some people. I would name them off but I'm sure they would find there way here to read it. Oh I almost forgot, I saw Thursday on IMX today. Geoff is so cute sometimes. The gap in his front teeth makes me smile... for some odd reason.
I think we've made some decent progress with this Ring Dance BS. I called Andrew.. I forget what night. Tuesday I believe. He said he could go with me. YAY!! So that leaves Bryan still without a date. Leanne will not be able to go with him. I just know it. So Danielle and I are thinking... BRITTANI WILLIAMS! he would shit his pants. but anyways.. we called the limo place tonight it will be $180 for 3 hours. $180/8 people= $22.50 each. not too bad.. we also called HOOTERS. they don't take reservations.. bastards. So we will try to get in and if we don't, then we will drive down the street to Applebee's or Red Lobster. whatever, we will have fun anywhere we go. oh yeah! I must remember to get kyle to bring his digital camera. I have to show DREW the pictures if we end up at HOOTERS!

EEEEEEP. Tomorrow is the Thursday concert. As of now, I'm not going. My only real hope is that PERHAPS I can go shopping tomorrow for my ring dance dress (mental note: CALL ANDREW) if I end up at MacArthur Center around 6 o'clock, maybe I can get down on my hands and bruised knee and BEG my mother to let me go to it. Maybe if I cry she will break down and let me buy a ticket from a scalper. However, my chances of this happening are slim to none. It's ok, I hope KC and Dean have a delicious time. However I will be EXTREMELY DISTRAUGHT if KC doesn't come through for me with the jacket and shirt. I REALLY WANT THE JACKET. its so pretty.

Tuesday was great. (saves the day/ tbs show)
Moneen was actually really good.
Taking Back Sunday was awesome. I really dislike the wave thing that goes on at some shows. To avoid this, I went over to the mosh pit. I have oh so many bruises. One huge one covering my entire right knee because one douchebag pushed me in right when I had just gotten out, so I fell face/knee first on the ground at the NorVa. its ok, it didn't hurt at the time, but my knee is completely purple. I didn't really get to see alot of the show, but just hearing it live and being there made it worth the while.
Saves the Day.. um yeah. I just stood at the back because I don't care too much for STD. However, I do commend them for playing Holly Hox, Forget Me Nots. Best song (because it has my name). the end.

So the Thursday-Thrice-Coheed show for 11/15 is sold out.
I planned on buying a ticket from a scalper or going early and just trying to do anything and everything to get in, but this might not happen now. My mom will be a bitch about it and I won't even get to try. I will do anything to my power to get myself there. I want to see Thursday. :(!! and since Coheed will only be playing 5 songs, if I missed them I probably wouldn't care. FIVE?? why only FIVE?? coughtheyarewaybettercoughthanthricecoughcough
well this is my update until tomorrow I guess.. yeah since I'm allowed online on the weekends.
